Coroner's Inquiry into the death of Mohamed Taufik Bin Zahar: Opening statement by the State Counsels

This is an inquiry under the Coroners Act into the death of Mohamed Taufik Bin Zahar (the “Deceased”), a 34 year old male. Section 27(1) of the Coroners Act states that the “purpose of an inquiry into the death of any person is to inquire into the cause of and circumstances connected with the death”.
