AGC Media Statement: PP v Lam Leng Hung & Ors: Prosecution appeals against manifestly inadequate sentences

The six accused persons in the case of PP v Lam Leng Hung & Ors were found guilty and convicted for offences of criminal breach of trust as an agent under Section 409 and falsification of accounts under Section 477A of the Penal Code on 21 October 2015.
