Lianhe Zaobao article “经常受邀担任共同协调代表 推进气候谈判 小红点非常关键”

The 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26), ended in November 2021, in Glasgow, Scotland. Singapore co-coordinated the negotiations on Article VI of the Paris Agreement, and worked with countries on the implementation details of establishing a global carbon market. Ms Diane Tan, Deputy Senior State Counsel in AGC's International Affairs Division, is Singapore’s representative on the Paris Agreement Implementation and Compliance Committee (PAICC).
