Media Brief - Contempt of Court Proceedings Against Mr Alan Shadrake - Summary of Hearing on 2 December on application to leave the jurisdiction

Mr Shadrake’s application to leave the jurisdiction was first fixed for hearing on 26 November 2010 before the Honourable Justice Quentin Loh. The hearing was subsequently adjourned to 2 December 2010 to enable Mr Shadrake to furnish further information and for parties to make their submissions.
