We have a peculiar situation in Singapore. Our overall crime rate is low and we have a long established reputation as one of the world’s safest cities. Crimes in the physical world are at an all-time low. Last year, we registered 30-year lows in violent crimes, housebreaking, theft and robbery. But, the situation online is different.
