Pilot Discovery Project

The Pilot Discovery Project (“the Project”) has been designed in anticipation of the amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 (CPC) which introduce disclosure requirements in criminal proceedings. This Project aims to discern the practical effects these changes will have on the Court, the Prosecution and the Criminal Bar.
