Prosecution’s Supplementary Skeletal Submissions on Sentence: PP v Yue Liangfu

The accused has pleaded guilty to and been convicted by this Honourable Court of an offence under s 379 of the Penal Code (Cap 224, 2008 Rev Ed), committed while on board an aircraft in flight. This Court has jurisdiction to deal with this case by virtue of section 3(1) of the Tokyo Convention Act (Cap 327, 1985 Rev Ed).
