Filing Of Notice Of Appeal Against Sentence In The Case Of Synnex Trading Pte Ltd ("Synnex Trading")

On 31 October 2019, the Attorney-General’s Chambers (“AGC”) filed a notice of appeal to the High Court against the sentences meted out by the State Court in Neil Kevin Gane v Jia Xiaofeng and Synnex Trading Pte Ltd.
