The Code of Practice for the Conduct of Criminal Proceedings by the Prosecution and the Defence

This document lays down the Code of Practice (“Code”) for the conduct of criminal proceedings by the Prosecution and the Defence. The Code sets out best practices guidelines in the conduct of criminal proceedings and is jointly issued by the Attorney-General’s Chambers and the Law Society of Singapore.
