The Straits Times article “Civil-service pair heads for the top of the world”

The article revolves around the mountain climbing passion of two civil servants and their dreams of scaling Mount Everest – one of whom is Mr Anandan Bala, AGC’s senior state counsel. Mr Bala is also the first Singaporean to scale Mt Manaslu in Nepal in October 2018.
